Terms of Use — Ramuna

These terms cover your use of the Ramuna app. By using Ramuna you agree to them.

What Ramuna is

Ramuna builds a hair care routine around a goal you choose, adapts it based on what you tell it, and teaches technique. It is an information and organisation tool.

What Ramuna is not. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment. It does not replace a doctor, dermatologist or trichologist. If you have hair loss, a painful or persistent scalp condition, or any symptom that concerns you, see a medical professional. Do not delay doing so because of anything in this app.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 to use Ramuna, and if you are under 18 you should have a parent or guardian's permission.

Subscriptions

Ramuna offers an auto-renewing subscription, Ramuna Premium, which unlocks the full plan, all technique cards and progress tracking.

Prices are in US dollars and may vary by region. The price shown in the app at the point of purchase is the price that applies.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the rate for your plan.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
If you take the free trial and then buy a subscription, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited.

Refunds are handled by Apple under their terms, not by us. We cannot issue refunds for purchases made through the App Store.

Acceptable use

Do not use Ramuna to break the law, do not try to reverse engineer or interfere with it, and do not attempt to access other people's data. Do not resell or redistribute the content in the app.

Your content

Photos, notes and measurements you put into Ramuna remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them for the purpose of running the app for you, and for nothing else. We do not use your photos in marketing.

Our content

The technique guidance, illustrations, plan logic and everything else in the app belongs to Ramuna. You may use it personally. You may not copy it into another product.

Accuracy

We work hard to make the guidance in Ramuna accurate and to say plainly where evidence is thin. Hair is individual and nothing here is guaranteed to work for you. Follow it at your own discretion, and stop anything that irritates your skin or scalp.

Availability

We aim to keep Ramuna running but cannot promise it will be available uninterrupted. Features may change as the app develops. If we make a change that removes something you paid for, you can cancel and we will not charge you again.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Ramuna. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.

Ending it

You can stop using Ramuna at any time and delete your account from within the app. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Changes

If we change these terms materially, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
